Research Interest
Research in my lab involves protein biochemistry, protein structure determiantion by x-ray crystallography, in silico drug screening and parasitology. Projects Include: Malarial Proteins as targets for rational drug design. Molecular techniques for parasite identification and quatification in native fauna Characterisation of unique ATP synthases from Alveolate species 3-Dimensional Structures of proteins involved in haze formation in white wine Protein structure and function analysis and in silico drug screeening of Dipeptidyl Peptidases
