Biography
Mr. Minna Rong is Non-Executive Director of the Company. Mr Rong is the Australian representative of Shenzhen Youngheng Biotechnology Co Limited (“SYB”), which is FOD’s largest shareholder, a Director of SYB’s 100% owned Australian subsidiary, Youngheng Biotechnology Pty Ltd, and is based in Melbourne. In this role, Mr Rong has built one of the largest distributors of Australian food and health products to the Chinese market and overseen the marketing of these products into China via cross border, online and offline channels. He is a leader in marketing products using Daigou, the commerce channel used by many leading Australian food manufactures to sell products into China, having developed a database of approximately 3,000 Diagous in Australia, which is one of the largest databases in Australia. Mr Rong holds a Master of Medical Science degree from the University of Western Australia. He has extensive knowledge and a deep understanding of the Chinese healthcare industry and the use of Chinese Medicine and, over the past 10 years, has gained extensive experience in international trade, import and export logistics, and medicinal and health products.
