Sam Cobb

Biography

 I have enjoyed a career focused on the research and development of new products and technologies and have a passion for commercialisation of technology. My technical area of expertise is biotechnology, combined with a Masters of Intellectual Property Law postgraduate qualification. I have a number of years experience in business development and the transfer of early stage technology to industry. I am the founding CEO of AdAlta, involved in the commercialisation of AdAlta’s i-body technology. Prior to AdAlta I successfully raised funding and was the founding CEO for biotech start up companies Sensologix Inc and Nephrogenix Pty Ltd and was involved in commercializing a number of technologies in the life science field with the CRC for Diagnostics and the University of Queensland's technology transfer companies, Uniquest Pty Ltd and IMBcom Pty Ltd.
