Biography
I started working in sales with Genetics Australia back in September 2015. Coleman is the Regional Sales Manager for Western Victoria. I grew up in the heart of the Western district in Victoria and had a long involvement in both Beef and Dairy and has always had a love of cows After school, I worked on a couple of large dairy operations before moving to Bacchus Marsh to work in 2002 for Genetics Australia in the semen collection Facility. What interests you most about working in sales? I see this role as opportunity to assist and help farmers. The most interesting part of sales is the people you get to meet and the wide range of cows you get to see. You never know what you are expecting to see. What is your most significant professional accomplishment? During my time at Bacchus Marsh collecting semen, I got to work with bulls such as SHOTIME, LORDPRES, NINEFOLD and ASTOUND which had an influence on the breeding world. I then took up a role with Holstein Australia as a Classifier for 3 years before moving into the sales side of the herd improvement industry. I loved working as a Holstein Classifier. I then spent 2 years in Tasmania and then joined Genetics Australia again in 2015 when he returned to the mainland
