Biography
Philip was formerly an executive director and is now an independent non-executive director of Hong Kong Stock Exchange listed China Everbright International Ltd, a company which focuses on the business of environmental protection through the development and operation of numerous waste-to-energy and waste water treatment plants in China. Earlier in his career, he was an executive director of CITIC Pacific Ltd in charge of industrial projects in China. He is currently a director of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange listed Hysan Development Co Ltd, China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings Limited and First Pacific Company Limited and an independent non-executive director of PFC Devices Inc. Philip holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Operations Research from Stanford University, as well as a Master’s Degree in Management Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
