Biography
Mr. Macosko has had a long, established career in the financial industry and experience serving as a board member for companies in the biotechnology and sports nutrition space. He holds over 24 years on Wall street as a Portfolio Manager with C-Suite officer relationships at 100+ public companies. Mr. Macosko is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Montrose Advisors and also a business advisor to the Board of Directors of Bioxiness Pharmaceuticals. Previously, he served as a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee for MusclePharm, a public company based in Colorado focused on sports nutrition. In September of 2013, Mr. Macosko retired as a Partner from Lord Abbett & Co., a privately held investment management firm, where he served as a Portfolio Manager of Lord Abbet's Small Cap Value Fund and a founding member of the company’s Proxy Committee. Prior to that, he was a senior research analyst at New York-based Royce & Associates. He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Albion College, a Fulbright Scholar in Germany, and holds an MBA from Columbia University.
