Biography
Phillip is the founder of The CFO Solution, a successful chartered accounting firm based in Melbourne. Phillip works with listed companies and has been involved in countless capital raisings, share purchase plans, rights issues and initial public offerings across a variety of industries. He is currently Company Secretary for a number of listed life science companies. He previously held Management, Financial and Accounting roles at several companies including KPMG. He completed an Outward Bound course in 1989 and joined the Board of Directors in 2008. Phillip holds an MBA (RMIT) and Accounting qualifications from Deakin University and Swinburne University of Technology.
