Biography
Alex joined Grant Samuel in 2012 and has over 13 years’ debt and corporate advisory experience. Alex has executed and led a diverse range of financing transactions across multiple industry sectors in Australia, New Zealand and Europe. These have included corporate refinancings, event driven financings (acquisitions and IPOs), project financings, leverage financings and complex debt restructurings. Prior to Grant Samuel, Alex was with Rothschild London in their debt capital markets team and with Deloitte’s debt advisory team in Melbourne.
