Biography
Caleena joined Grant Samuel in 1994 and has over 30 years’ corporate finance experience. She has extensive experience in valuations, independent expert reports and providing advice on mergers, acquisitions and divestments and corporate restructurings across a range of industries. Caleena has been responsible for many of Grant Samuel’s independent expert reports particularly in the energy, property and media sectors. Prior to joining Grant Samuel, Caleena had 12 years at Ernst & Young and its predecessor firms in corporate finance and business services.
