Biography
Guy joined Grant Samuel in 2009 and has over 20 years’ investment banking experience. Guy is Co-Head of the Grant Samuel Capital Advisory team. Guy is a leading debt and equity capital specialist in the Australian market having been at the forefront of large corporate and acquisition financings. Guy has worked on capital raisings across the capital spectrum including IPOs, equity placements and hybrids and the full range of debt financings, across bank and bond markets, domestically and internationally. Prior to joining Grant Samuel, Guy worked with Deutsche Bank and UBS and prior to that was at Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC).
