Biography
Sat joined Grant Samuel in 2010 and has over 15 years’ investment banking experience. Sat’s transaction experience includes debt refinancings, sales of businesses, IPOs, pre-IPO corporate debt raisings and securitisation financings. Sat has closed transactions across the financial services, infrastructure and property sectors within the domestic and European markets. Prior to joining Grant Samuel, Sat worked for Macquarie Bank.
