Biography
Stephen joined Grant Samuel in 1994 and has been responsible for numerous corporate advisory assignments including public company takeovers, mergers, business sales and acquisitions, schemes of arrangement, capital raisings and business valuations. Stephen has extensive experience across a wide range of industries, with a particular interest in the resources sector. Prior to joining Grant Samuel, Stephen worked for KPMG and its predecessor firms in consulting and corporate recovery.
