Biography
Warwick joined Grant Samuel as an executive in the corporate advisory group in 2005. He has gained experience across several industries in both transactions and equity raisings, and has been involved in the preparation of some high profile independent valuations. Prior to joining Grant Samuel, Warwick worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions team of national law firm Minter Ellison, providing small and large clients with a wide range of transactional and capital markets advice. Warwick was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2004.
