Biography

Joseph is able to provide an expert opinion in a range of dispute situations and has been a consultant in a range of commercial assignments. Joseph began his career in business services and audit in 1992. He commenced working in the area of Litigation and Forensic consulting in 1999. His diverse experience in relation to the general accounting, taxation, auditing and superannuation requirements of a range of small to medium sized businesses allows him to identify, analyse and advise on a wide range of issues. Joseph’s litigation and forensic experience covers all aspects of valuation in both commercial, matrimonial and estate disputes, with a particular focus on the valuation of minority interests and the provision of joint expert reports. He has also developed expertise in the assessment of loss and damage for commercial, professional negligence and personal injuries matters. He has been responsible for the preparation of Reports for the District Court and Supreme Court of Queensland, District Court of New South Wales, Retail Shop Leases Tribunal, the Family Court and the Federal Circuit Court of Australia. .
