Biography
Mark has over 11 years experience in professional practice through his involvement with listed and unlisted companies in Australia and overseas. During this time he has also serviced a range of international clients with global operations (US, Singapore, Netherlands, UK, Canada and India). Mark has a strong technical background and is well versed in the accounting issues relevant to a number of industries including energy and resources, real estate and construction, manufacturing, aged care, education and the public sector. He has assisted on numerous corporate advisory assignments (expert's reports, independent accountants’ reports, due diligence, valuations etc) for public and private companies for statutory, stock exchange and other purposes. Mark has also served as manager on a number of key NFP sector engagements and was involved in the audit of the US Department of Education Federal Family Education Loan Program of up to 20 Universities across Australia and New Zealand.
