Biography
Mr. Martin R. Baker serves as a Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel of the Company. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Baker was Corporate Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Lattice Semiconductor Corporation. Prior to joining Lattice in 1997, Mr. Baker was General Counsel and Secretary of Altera Corporation, a semiconductor and software company.
