Before joining Gresham, Michael had a long career as a partner and an M&A lawyer at King Wood Mallesons; his own boutique firm; and magic circle firm, Clifford Chance. Michael has acted on many of Western Australia’s largest M&A transactions in recent years, including in oil and gas, mining, financial services
