Biography
Darren is a transformational leader and an excellent mentor. I have worked with Darren in two capacities, one where he was my senior manager and another- he is now my work mentor. Darren draws from his own experience and also leadership and psychological theories to provide strategic mentoring. He is generous with his time and effort and demonstrates a high level of commitment to his staff and professional career, and this is felt throughout the ranks in his area of the organisation.
