Biography
Lauren is Head of the Discipline of Nutrition and Dietetics in the Faculty of Health at Griffith University where she leads an innovative team of academic and clinical dietetic staff who deliver high level outcomes in teaching, research and service. She holds honorary Professorial appointments with her former employers, The University of Newcastle and the University of Canberra. Lauren is one of 12 dietitians nationally awarded the status of Fellow of the Dietitians Association of Australia (FDAA) in recognition of her contribution to the profession.
