Nick Luzar

Biography

 Nick's impressive career spans over 20 years in the construction industry, with a track record of securing and delivering significant infrastructure projects across a range of sectors and procurement types.  Having previously held executive management roles at major construction firms, Nick has driven success at bid, project, divisional and regional levels.  Applying his detailed commercial understanding and strategic foresight he has directed a $2.1billion infrastructure business, restructured and developed high performance cultures to deliver efficiencies of up to $2.5million, and achieved impressive win ratios to generate turnover in excess of $700m in just one year.  Sharing his insights and practical knowledge, Nick lectured on Construction Marketing at the University of NSW for five years. Mentoring, strong communication and negotiation skills and excellent people management are key attributes Nick brings to his role as business leader.  With an established reputation, Nick is recognised throughout the industry for his expertise in commercial, operational and project management. His professional networks allow him to nurture partnerships within major corporations and public sector organisations, where he facilitates successful and productive relationships.
