Biography
Ingrid has more than 15 years' commercial experience and was appointed General Counsel and Company Secretary in 2005. Ingrid has extensive corporate, commercial litigation and governance experience. Prior to joining Healthscope, Ingrid spent five years working for a Dutch law firm in the Netherlands, working primarily in the mergers and acquisitions space, as well as in capital markets. Previously, she worked in private practice in Melbourne.
