Biography
Fiona brings together 25 years in investment banking and corporate advisory with specialised experience in wealth management for high net worth private families. She has held senior executive roles including Head of Client Engagement and Head of Strategic Business and Product Development at the Myer Family Company (Australia’s preeminent multi-family office); Chief Operating Officer at ANZ Investment Bank; and Global Structured Finance Director at ANZ Investment Bank. Fiona has led private debt and equity raisings and M&A transactions across industries (including mining, utilities, renewables, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications). Her extensive experience in strategic leadership, commercial acumen and risk and governance brings a unique and valuable skill set to the family and corporate boards she works with. In addition to Hindmarsh, Fiona sits on the Australian Institute of Art Historians, Gertrude Contemporary Gallery and the Finance Committee for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
