Biography
Peter Bembrick is a highly respected authority on taxation and accounting matters with over 20 years experience. Peter joined HLB Mann Judd in 1990 and became a partner in 2004. Peter is particularly well regarded for his broad understanding of domestic and international taxation regimes. This includes specific expertise in the areas of: corporate taxation, including the specific issues faced by subsidiaries of multinational groups CGT small business concessions, with an emphasis on tax effective business sales and restructures business structuring issues, including advising on CGT, GST and tax consolidation rules
