Sean Douglas

Biography

 Sean Douglas is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Douglas was appointed to this position in January 2017. Prior to that, he served as Vice President, Corporate Development and Treasurer since July 2016. Mr. Douglas left the Company in July 2012 to perform charitable services and rejoined the Company in July 2015 as Vice President, Corporate Development. He previously served as our Vice President, Corporate Development from December 2009 until July 2012. Mr. Douglas served as Vice President and Treasurer from 2002 to December 2009, Vice President, Finance from July 2001 to 2002 and Vice President, Administration from January 1997 to July 2001. Prior to joining Huntsman in 1990, Mr. Douglas worked for the accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
