Biography
Ian Williamson joined Hydrexia in April 2015. Ian’s role is to open global markets for Hydrexia’s products through his extensive network of contacts.Before joining Hydrexia, Ian was CEO of the British fuel cell company AFC Energy PLC, where he was responsible for leading the company’s commercialization of its alkaline fuel cell product. He personally led commercial activities, positioning the company to attain multiple orders from the Far East for its grid connected power system, and fund raising, with £15 million being raised in two rounds. Prior to AFC Energy, Ian had enjoyed a long career with Air Products and Chemicals, the industrial gas giant. During his 27 year long tenure, Ian gained extensive commercial experience of most of the company’s industrial gas businesses.

Ian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from the University of Lancaster.
