Brian P. Mckeon

Biography

 Mr. Brian P. McKeon has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. since January 1, 2014. Mr. McKeon serves as the Principal Accounting Officer of IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. leads IDEXX 's finance, business development and worldwide operations functions. Mr. McKeon served as the Chief Financial Officer of Iron Mountain Incorporated from April 2007 to October 31, 2013 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer and Executive Vice President until October 31, 2013. Mr. McKeon served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Iron Mountain Information Management, LLC (alternative name Iron Mountain Information Management Inc.) until October 31, 2013. He served as an Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration of Timberland LLC (alternative name The Timberland Company) since May 2002 and Chief Financial Officer since March 2000 until April 2007. Prior to joining Timberland in 2000, he held several finance and strategic planning positions with Pepsico Inc., as Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration from March 2000 to May 2002. He served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pepsi Cola North America from October 1999 to February 2000. Mr. McKeon also served as Vice President of Strategic Planning of Pepsi Cola North America from May 1996 to October 1999 and its Finance Director of Eastern Business Unit from March 1994 to May 1996. He has been a Director at athenahealth, Inc. since September 05, 2017. Mr. McKeon served as a Director of IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. from July 21, 2003 to December 2013. Mr. McKeon has Master of Business Administration degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Business and Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.
