Biography
Mr. Sullivan is a co-founder and the principal advisor at the Clover Investment Group. Between 1986 and April 2009, he held several positions with Marriott International, Inc., and its predecessor, Marriott Corp., including vice president of mergers and acquisitions, and executive vice president of Lodging Development. Prior to joining Marriott, Mr. Sullivan was chairman, president and chief executive officer of Tenly Enterprises, Inc., a privately held company operating 105 restaurants. He also held senior management positions with Harrah's Entertainment, Inc., Holiday Inns, Inc., Kentucky Fried Chicken Corp. and Heublein, Inc. He was also a senior auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co. and served as a director of Classic Vacation Group, Inc. until its acquisition by Expedia, Inc. in March 2002.Mr. Sullivan currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of SeaSpine Holdings Corporation.Mr. Sullivan received a B.S. degree in accounting from Boston College and an M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut.
