Biography
Judith E. O'Grady is corporate vice president for global regulatory affairs, responsible for interactions with regulatory agencies, setting strategy, policy and procedures for all regulatory matters globally. She joined Integra in 1989 and held various leadership roles for regulatory affairs, clinical affairs, compliance, and quality assurance. Ms. O'Grady led the team that obtained regulatory approval for INTEGRA® Dermal Regeneration Template, the first regenerative product approved by the FDA. She has led teams responsible for approvals of Integra’s other regenerative product lines as well as more than 600 FDA and international submissions. She is listed on the patent of DuraGen Dural Graft Matrix.Ms. O'Grady has more than 30 years of experience in medical technology and collagen technology. Prior to joining Integra, she worked for Colla-Tec, Inc., a Marion Merrell Dow Company. Previous to this, she held leadership positions with Surgikos, a Johnson & Johnson company and was on the faculty of Boston University College of Nursing and Medical School.Ms. O'Grady received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Marquette University and master’s degree in nursing from Boston University.
