Paul Gonsalves

Biography

 Paul Gonsalves is senior vice president and chief commercial officer. He is responsible for the development of the overall commercial strategy and the related infrastructure to drive customer growth and satisfaction, including corporate marketing, corporate communications, global customer service, commercial master data management, and government and enterprise sales and operations.Mr. Gonsalves joined Integra in 2013 as senior vice president of enterprise sales and head of corporate marketing. He was appointed as chief commercial officer in 2016. Prior to Integra, Mr. Gonsalves spent more than 29 years in commercial and business process improvement leadership roles. He worked with Accent Care Home Health and Hospice as senior vice president and chief transformation officer, and was vice president and general manager for the primary care business for Novartis Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Gonsalves also served as vice president of business process improvement at WellCare Health Plans. Prior to these roles, he spent more than a decade with GE Healthcare in various sales and marketing positions, including as vice president and general manager of sales and corporate programs group.  Mr. Gonsalves was a lean Six Sigma black belt leader at GE Healthcare.Mr. Gonsalves received his bachelor’s degree in management from Rutgers University School of Business.
