Biography
Dr. Marcel Hibert is full professor for organic chemistry at the Faculty of Pharmacy at the Université Louis Pasteur in Strasbourg (France). After his Ph.D. (1981) in organic chemistry he started to work in the Marion Merrell Dow Research Center, Strasbourg. In 1992 he was nominated as head of the department "Receptor Chemistry and Molecular Modeling". In 1996 he was promoted "Director of Chemistry and Structural Biology" and became member of the board of directors. Since 1997 he is professor at the Université Louis Pasteur in Strasbourg. His main interests are focused on organic chemistry, combinatorial chemistry, molecular modeling, drug design, and research management
