Biography
Kim Jacobs has a background in law with a Master of Business Administration and extensive experience in investment banking, strategic and financial management, project finance, corporate advisory work and corporate governance. Kim has lead a number of Inteq’s IPOs, debt project finance and equity transactions. Kim has held a number of private and public company directorships and positions on Corporate Governance and Environmental Risk Committees and was the former President of the Australia Israel Chamber of Commerce (NSW) Division. He was formerly the Managing Director at First Toronto Australia Limited, Manager Investment Banking with the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (Australia) and Corporate Counsel for Renison Goldfields Consolidated Limited. Prior to these corporate positions, Kim worked in private practice in law for 5 years specialising in corporate and commercial work. Kim is a Member of the Advisory Board of UTS Business School, Chairman of Camp Quality Limited and Chairman of Local Measure Limited. Kim has a Bachelor of Law Degree from Sydney University and a Masters of Business Administration from Macquarie University. He is admitted as a Solicitor of the NSW Supreme Court.
