Biography
Abdul is a qualified Physiotherapist and co founder of iPhysio Australia. After completing his studies at the University of Sydney Abdul spent the next few years gaining experience in a variety of areas doing both clinical and community physio as well as working with two local sports teams. During his studies Abdul was eager to finish, and, determined to begin working in sports physio. Abdul based himself in the city of Canterbury and very quickly established a reputation amongst the elderly community as he travelled from one Aged care facility to another. It is here Abduls true passion was brought to life and the foundations of his vision and mission for iPhysio, were established. Abdul almost immediately identified the need for more connection and improved care for the elderly and recognized the need for Progressive Physiotherapy within the community and particularly within Aged Care Homes. Abdul is motivated by a single principle, to improve overall care. His aim with iPhysio is to continuously foster and improve the cohesion of active aging and comfort care. Abdul believes that regardless of health status, there lie further opportunities to keep those able, as well as those with more severe pain, more active.
