Biography
Martha joined IQ Group in April 2014 and has extensive senior experience in human resources management. Martha began her career in the electricity industry in Queensland before moving to Victoria where she joined the executive committee of a leading wine business. Martha is responsible for providing leadership in workforce planning, attraction and retention, organisational design and development, employee engagement, talent management, remuneration and rewards, and employee relations.
