Biography
Leonardo leads the Biomass Demonstration - Production team within the Macroalgal Biofuels and Bioproducts project. The goals of this subprogram are to demonstrate large-scale production and to deliver high productivities of biomass that enable scaling of research towards commercialisation and industrial testing of significant volumes of macroalgae. Cost-effective, large-scale production provides for the development of macroalgae as a flexible and economic feedstock.
