Biography
Darryn Ray joined John Holland in 1994 after more than seven years with a major chartered accounting firm. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2006.Darryn is responsible for all financial and management reporting, external and internal audits, taxation, treasury and investments, company secretarial and governance, information and communication technology and remuneration and benefits. Darryn is a Member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants, the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
