Recognised as a value adding commercial Human Resources Director, Amanda’s international career includes strategic posts within BHP, Johnson & Johnson and Philip Morris International. Amanda has held local and global talent and change management roles in Australia, the Czech Republic, Switzerland and across the Asia Pacific region. She has demonstrated results in driving HR strategies and has led a number of highly complex change management initiatives both locally and internationally. Her experience spans the full breadth of HR capabilities: talent management, organization development, change management, industrial relations, OH&S in manufacturing, sales/marketing, local affiliate and global HQ environments. She has experience in the healthcare and FMCG industries.
