Biography
Responsibilities; • To participate in the achievement of national and state sales objectives by contributing sales from my territory in accordance with state and team objectives. • Our objectives are fundamentally achieved through the effective promotion of Servier products to General Practitioners, hospital doctors, specialists, retail and hospital pharmacists on the territory. • To participate in training courses and achieve and sustain a high level of technical knowledge about our products to ensure the highest standard of presentation of the company’s products to our customers. • Managing a sales territory, including but not limited to; developing awareness of key business areas for sales through sales data analysis, developing weekly plans outlining weekly sales objectives (in line with territory business plans) and achieving company call / activity rates. • Inducting a new team member to the territory providing guidance and support to help achieve shared team goals. • Present Servier products to our customers in an ethical and professional manner in accordance with current campaign objectives using doctor response selling skills to maximise the prescription and / or the recommendation of our products. • To complete daily administration tasks including call recording and maintaining up to date doctor records and profiles. • Managing and controlling all promotional budgets allocated for our territory. • Submit accurate accounts of monthly business expenditure and a monthly sales report’s.
