Biography
Mr. Schick joined the Board in November 2013. He is currently Chief Financial Officer of Branded Entertainment Network (formerly known as Corbis), a global digital media company, since May 2013. Prior to his position at Corbis, from March 2009 through July 2013, Mr. Schick was Chief Financial Officer at Talyst, a pharmacy automation hardware and software company. Mr. Schick served as Chief Financial Officer at Vertafore from October 2006 through January 2009, an enterprise software company for the insurance industry. Mr. Schick was also in various roles at travel company Expedia (NASDAQ: EXPE), including Senior Vice President of Finance. Mr. Schick has significant experience with SEC reporting, strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Schick started his career with Arthur Andersen and is a CPA who received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois.
