Biography

Pep has over 18 years of IT industry experience in the financial services sector and, more recently the education sector. The ever-constant changing IT industry requires Pep to keep abreast with current industry practice and undertake constant research. As a result, Pep’s technical knowledge and understanding of business systems is encyclopaedic. He has the rare ability to maintain a conceptual perspective on issues whilst simultaneously exercising his finely tuned analysis, problem solving and project management skills to get the job done. Pep is well recognised for his ability to develop staff and build great working relationships. He has a proven track record in delivering projects, focusing on quality whilst still meeting business requirements and ensuring risk is minimised. Pep is well known for establishing new development teams, building best practice techniques, software methodologies and with different technologies. Pep can perform a variety of IT roles including: architecture reviews; due diligence; strategy and methodology reviews; and compliance. In his spare time Pep plays the drums in a cabaret band.
