Biography
David specialises in providing transaction services advice to corporate and private equity on both the buy and sell-side of transactions. David joined McGrathNicol in November 2006 in their newly formed Transaction Services group following a career at Arthur Andersen/Ernst & Young from 1997-2006. David’s experience includes acquisition due diligence, sell side assistance and pre-sale due diligence, deal support, transaction and negotiation support and valuations.
