Biography
Matthew joined the company as Chief Financial Officer in 2007 and brought extensive experience in financial management, financial and operational control and systems development to the role. He was appointed Company Secretary in 2009. Matthew has fulfilled the academic requirements to attain the Certificate in Governance Practice for the Governance Institute of Australia and is currently a certified member.
