Biography
Stephen Mathwin has more than 30 years’ experience as a legal practitioner, including being a partner with the Adelaide law firm, Kelly & Co, from 1988 to 2001. In that time he headed the firm’s Employment, Industrial Law and Superannuation Section, and was responsible for managing much of its internal risk management functions. He remains a consultant to Kelly & Co.Â
