Biography
Helen joined Leaf Resources Limited in March 2015, bringing over 30 years of experience in the accounting profession to her role as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. She has extensive experience in public practice and has acted as financial controller of several businesses in Brisbane, notably as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for a publicly listed national franchisor. Helen holds a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) from the Queensland University of Technology and a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning). She is a CPA and Chartered Tax Advisor.
