Biography
Monica Ryu is a Partner in L.E.K. Consulting's Sydney office. Prior to joining the Sydney office in 1999, she worked for several years in L.E.K.’s Boston office. Monica has more than 19 years of experience in strategy consulting, working across the private and public sectors with a strong focus on the biopharmaceuticals & life sciences, healthcare services and surface transport & logistics sectors. Monica’s expertise covers a wide range of strategic issues, including performance management, strategic planning, commercialization strategies, and merger and acquisition support. Prior to joining L.E.K., Monica worked in the Healthcare Insurance Division of the Prudential Insurance Company of America. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Harvard University.
