Biography
Neale Jones is a Partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s Sydney office. In 2001, he began his L.E.K. career in the London office, and after five years, transferred to Sydney. Neale has more than 14 years of extensive experience working with clients in the biopharmaceuticals, life sciences and healthcare services sectors in both the European and Asia Pacific markets. Since returning to Australia, he has also worked with a range of clients in the consumer products, agribusiness and private equity sectors. Neale has supported and advised a wide range of clients with their most challenging strategic issues including corporate strategy development, business unit strategy, identifying and evaluating acquisition opportunities, R&D strategy optimization and product commercialization strategies.Prior to joining L.E.K., Neale was a Post Doctoral Research Associate in the Department of Chemistry, at the University of Oxford. He received a Doctorate of Philosophy (D.Phil) in Chemistry from the University of Oxford and was awarded a Bachelor of Science from the University of Sydney, where he graduated with honors and received a University Medal in Organic Chemistry.
