Biography
Nick Holder is a Partner and member of L.E.K.'s Global Leadership team. He also serves as Head of L.E.K.'s Asia-Pacific Region and Head of L.E.K.'s Australia practice. With his Private Equity expertise, he provides both commercial due diligence support to investors assessing opportunities and developing performance improvement strategies post-acquisition. He also has deep industry expertise in the retail, building & construction, and aviation & travel sectors. Nick has more than 24 years of experience advising corporate and government clients on issues of business strategy, organizational redesign, public policy, organizational performance, and the impact of globalization. In addition, he has worked on dozens of merger and acquisition deals and a variety of SOEs. He received a Bachelor of Engineering from The University of Melbourne, where he graduated with honors and a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
