Biography
Matthew Reynolds is a Partner of HWL Ebsworth, whose particular skills centre on capital raising from early stage private equity through to ASX listings, management buy-outs and buy-ins, and in mergers and acquisitions. He is a key figure in HWL Ebsworth’s Corporate practice with high-level skills in areas that are stringently regulated and highly technical, working on the principles of close working relationships and the need to meet their specific objectives. Matthew has applied his skills in the energy and resources, technology and the infrastructure sectors.
