Biography
Alice holds a Masters of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney, and has also completed a Bachelor of Health Science, majoring in Movement Science. Coming from a strong sporting background (predominantly in netball), Alice has gone through many rehabilitation programs and understands the importance of an individualised approach to recovery. This has formed the basis of her passion for helping people overcome injuries using an exercise based approach, as well as encouraging ongoing preventative strategies to help clients to be at their best. As such, she is a strong advocate for pilates as a way to do this. Alice also has considerable experience in sports coverage from local to national levels. She currently works as a physio with the NSW U19s Netball Team and the Southern Districts Rugby Club.
