Biography
Amy graduated from La Trobe University in 2007. Since then she has obtained a broad range of experience in spinal physiotherapy, sports physiotherapy and rehabilitation. Amy has undergone further training in the management of hip, groin and pelvic injuries and conditions. Amy is also a member of the Spinal Management Clinics of Victoria, which has enabled her to have further education and experience with the treatment and management of acute and chronic spine related conditions. Amy was excited by the role that pilates can play in rehabilitation and maintenance of many physical problems and undertook further study enabling her to teach clinical pilates. Amy runs individual and group clinical pilates sessions.
