Kathryn Rowling

Biography

 Kathryn graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) Honours degree. Kathryn has over 18 years dance experience and has represented both NSW and Australia as a member of the NSW State Dance Company. She has a passion for treating dance related injuries and has a special interest in assessing and correcting anatomical and biomechanical factors that may be affecting the dancer’s performance. Kathryn has completed her qualifications to become a certified Polestar Pilates Instructor. She enjoys treating lumbopelvic and hip problems, as well as postural dysfunctions through Pilates and Core Stability training. Kathryn is also interested in acute sporting injuries and return to sport rehabilitation programs.
